Jon D. Willis
Jon Willis is a proud father, husband, 6th generation Arizonan, commercial real estate broker, media personality, public speaker and executive of several companies across multiple industries. At the age of 18 and still a senior in High School, Jon obtained his real estate license and joined his family office focusing on brokerage, development and investment. He quickly achieved success by selling hundreds of millions worth of commercial real estate assets as well as assisting in the development of several multi-hundred million dollar projects including Mercy Gilbert Medical Center (Gilbert, AZ) and Bell Bank Park (Mesa, AZ). In 2011 Jon represented Sorenson Companies (Salt Lake City), in the succesful sale of their $701m commercial real estate portfolio they acquired from the FDIC. The portfolio included over 200 commercial properties in the Phoenix Metro. Jon served as Designated Broker of Willis Property Company from 2011 to 2018.
Jon was also recognized as one of Arizona's top real estate instructors over his ten year period of teaching at the Arizona School of Real Estate. He taught to well over 80,000 aspiring students and seasoned real estate agents during his tenure at the school.
Jon later leveraged his expansive skill set, business acumen, and networking capabilities to expand into the marketing world. Jon became the CEO of Matchstick Media (Phoenix, AZ), a premiere digital marketing agency that specializes in brand strategy, viral campaigns, driving massive traffic, and innovative hyper-targeted marketing techniques. His digital marketing agency has worked with several notable companies, National brands, organizations, and influencers to scale their brands to new heights and achieve incredible returns on investment.
In addition to growing his businesses, Jon has dedicated much of his time serving on the board of directors of several reputable charities including non-profit organizations including Legacy Cares, Moms For America, Face Forward and Mentor's International.
Jon and his wife, Angela, live in Mesa with their four children.
