This transaction completes the assemblage of 4.4 total acres for Kaleidoscope Charter School. The property is located at the NWC of N 16th Street and E Greenway Pkwy.

Ryan Willis of Willis Property Company represented Pacific Magic, LLC in the sell of their 133 partially improved lots in the Tortosa Community in Maricopa. The lots were purchased for $4,261,416.20 ($1,000/FF) from Cornado West. The Buyer plans to roll these lots to Ashton Woods Homes.

Lance Sherwood of Willis Property Company represented A+ Charter School on the purchase of 7.03 AC of land on Allen Stephens Pkwy in Maricopa, AZ. The land acquired was purchased for $1,300,000 from CAPDEVL060, LLC.
